"Pretty solid video quality overall"
Video quality on Kayo has been good for me, like i said, especially when I’m watching live footy in HD. It does dip now and then if my internet is getting hammered, but it’s not something that happens all the time. Replays usually look sharp and load quickly too. Like i said, it’s not perfect, but it’s good enough that I’m happy with it.

"Easy to Navigate"
The menus are simple overall. It took me a minute to figure out where everything was, but once I got used to it, it felt easy enough to get around. I do like when things are straightforward, so that was reassuring.

"Kayo’s been worth it for me"
I’ve been using Kayo for a few months now and, i’m happy with it. I mostly watch footy, cricket and F1, so I get plenty of use out of the subscription. For me, it works out better than paying for a bunch of other stuff I don’t really need.

The streams have been mostly solid for me overall. I’ve had a couple of small freezes during busy AFL games, but they usually fix themselves quickly without me having to do much. The picture quality stays steady on both my TV and phone, which is good. I did feel a bit dismissed when I raised the freezing issue, like it wasn’t really a big deal to them, but aside from that it’s been reliable enough most weekends...

"I’ve had Kayo for a while now…"
I’ve had Kayo for a while now and haven’t run into any weird charges or billing issues. The payment comes out when I expect it to and lines up with what’s shown on my account. I did change my plan once, and the next bill was right too, which was a relief. Not much else to say really, it’s just been straightforward and easy to keep using.

"Pretty painless getting back into Kayo"
I don’t remember every tiny step, but the main thing is I had no real drama getting into my Kayo account. I’d forgotten my password, which is very on-brand for me, but the reset email showed up quickly and I was back in before it became annoying. The account page was easy enough too, I found my details and subscription info without having to dig around. all I really remember is that it worked and I didn’t have to contact support, which is a win.

"Easy to Watch on the Big Screen"
I’ve been using Kayo mostly with Chromecast, and sometimes I’ll AirPlay it from my phone. For the most part it works really well and makes it easy to watch games on the big TV. I’ve had a couple of little dropouts here and there, but nothing that’s really annoyed me too much. A friend actually recommended trying it this way, and I’m happy with it overall. I just wish the casting connected a bit quicker sometimes.

"Pretty good, but not perfect"
I’ve had a decent experience overall. Most of the live events I want to watch are usually available, which is great, but every now and then there are a few missing. So I’m mostly happy with it, just a little disappointed when something I was looking forward to isn’t there

"Pretty good, even if the freezing gets frustrating"
I’ve been using the Kayo app for a while and overall it’s been mostly good. The streams usually load quickly and the picture is clear, which is great when I just want to switch off and watch a game. It does freeze every now and then during live matches though, and when I’m already feeling mentally drained, that gets frustrating. Still, I’m happy enough with it overall.

"Pretty decent for live sport"
I’ve been using Kayo mainly for the footy and cricket, and it’s been alright. The video and sound usually line up fine, like most of the time there’s no drama. I did have a couple of times where the audio was a tiny bit behind the picture, which was a bit annoying, but I just restarted the stream and it sorted itself out. So yeah, not perfect or anything, but for watching live sport it does the job and doesn’t really drive me mad.

Been watching the footy on Kayo and yeah, it’s been... really smooth. No annoying lag or buffering so far, which I kind of expected at some point, but nope. Way better than I thought it’d be tbh.

"Pretty quick help with my Kayo login"
Had a bit of a weird issue where my Kayo login wouldn’t load properly right before a game. Not totally sure if it was on my end or theirs, but either way it was frustrating. I messaged support thinking I’d be stuck waiting forever, but they got back to me quicker than I expected and actually seemed to read what I’d written. Didn’t feel like the usual copy-paste runaround. They helped me get it sorted in a few minutes and I was back in before kickoff. Can’t say if it’s always this smooth, but my experience was really good.

"Replays work well"
The replays work good for me so far. I’ve used them a few times after dinner when I wanted to check something I missed, and they loaded up without any weird issues. Nothing fancy to say really, but it does what I needed it to do

"Kayo makes weekend sport easy"
I’ve been using Kayo mostly for the footy and cricket, and it’s been great. I really like that I can have it running on the TV and on my tablet at the same time, especially when there’s more than one game on or someone else wants the big screen. It just makes weekends a lot smoother in our house, it feels like one less thing to argue about

To be fair, the app itself was okay, but the ads kept cutting in so often that it got annoying after a while.
